FULL BODY TONE
Barre inspired, low impact, high rep movement, targeting the full body. Starting with a dynamic warm-up, plank series, mat legs section, circuit, upper body, lower body, core, and cool down.

STEP & SCULPT
Interval based step cardio class incorporating upper body and lower body, ending with a core section and cool down.

Interval based dance cardio class, incorporating strength sections. Starting with a dynamic warm-up, follow-along-dance cardio, strength intervals, and dance choreography. Fitness to the beat on a whole other level!
