Gillian is a fitness instructor by day, and a professional singer by night. A former dancer turned fitness enthusiast, who has always had a passion for all forms of movement.
The Mix Studios is in its early days with a mission to build an inclusive community focused on mental health, fitness, and overall mind-body wellness.
With experience in NYC boutique fitness and a certification from the American Barre Technique, Gillian brings a unique approach to her Full Body Tone, Step Aerobics, and Dance Cardio classes.
The Mix Studios offers rhythm-driven workouts designed to elevate your heart rate, boost your mood, and have you leaving with a burst of purpose and energy!
